If you haven’t made it to Disney Springs since the new Town Center expansion has opened, you are missing out on some great dinning. We had the pleasure of stopping by The Daily Poutine for a quick bite a few weeks ago. Here is a run down of what to expect from this quick service dining at Disney Springs.
The Daily Poutine is one of over a dozen quick service dining options that you can find at Disney Springs. Located in a small courtyard in the Town Center district this place is perfect for people watching. Their regular menu features a selection of four yummy poutines all representing a different flavor combination.
Classic: French Fries, Beef Poutine Gravy, and Cheddar Curds
Latin: Fried Yucca, Black Beans, Pulled Pork, and Queso Fresca
Italian: French Fries, Mozzarella, and Bolognese Sauce
French: French Fries, Mushroom Cream Sauce, and Gruyere.
The day we visited the daily special was the All Day Breakfast Poutine. It featured fried potato puffs rather than french fries, sausage gravy, cheese curds and was topped with an egg fried over medium.
The portion sizes are large and easy to share with a friend. The pricing is pretty moderate and right on track with the rest of the food at Disney. Taking a few friends and each ordering a different menu item would be a great way to try all of the different options.
We tried the Classic poutine, and of course had to try the All day breakfast poutine. Anything with an egg on top is always a must try on our list. Both selections were pretty good as far as poutine goes and they paired nicely with the Yuengling Lager that is also served on draft at this small outpost.
In all, we would definitely head to the Daily Poutine again to try out the other options. Have you tried the Daily Poutine or any other quick service dining at Disney Springs? Let us know what your favorites are!
